Most installations come from items purchased at IKEA, Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, Target, Home Depot, and Lowe’s. If it comes in a box, needs assembly, or needs to be installed — we’ve probably done it hundreds of times.

Yes — we can disassemble most standard furniture items for moves, room changes, or returns. Disassembly is priced the same way as assembly, based on item type and complexity.

Putivo is generally a one‑human operation, but larger jobs may include additional team members when needed.

If an item cannot be installed due to size, structure, missing parts, or safety concerns, the visit will be treated as a cancellation.

Yes, when the schedule allows. Same‑day and rush appointments may include an additional fee.

If possible, have the items in the room where they’ll be installed and the area reasonably clear. We bring the tools needed for the work itself.

Orders cancelled within 2 hours of the appointment time will be charged a $25 cancellation fee.

Many platforms charge by the hour, which often leads to slow work, cost overruns, and unpredictable bills. Putivo uses fixed pricing based on real experience, so you always know the exact cost before the work begins. No hourly padding, no upsells, no surprises.

Yes — if you have 3 or more curtains and rods that are exactly the same, a discount may apply. This does not apply to large or “monster” items.

For larger projects or first‑time customers, a deposit may be required to secure the appointment. A card is kept on file, and the remaining balance is billed instantly at completion.

If you request additional tasks during the appointment, an instant invoice is created and billed to the card on file.

Putivo is a small, owner‑operated service and does not currently carry separate contractor insurance. Because of that, we stay within light‑duty home setup and avoid high‑risk or structural work.

No. We do not haul away or dispose of packaging or trash. We can gather and stage boxes neatly for your regular trash or recycling.
